by the Rev. Christopher Potter, Vicar

Blessings and peace to you, people of God, on this mercifully-less-than-lava-hot southern California Summer morning.

As I publicly thank her again for her heartfelt preaching last Sunday, I share with you the text of Elizabeth’s sermon. Find it here.

Also, I want to share my gratitude for the wonderful experience at Central Park in RSM on Sunday. Lisa, Cynthia, Mati, and Eleanor were present with Rev. Karen and me as we sat beneath the St. John’s pop-up giving away ice-cold water to thirsty revelers. We hope to see you this weekend, Sunday night at 6 p.m. (until 8 p.m.) for some “Yacht Rock” on the green. Our tent will be located (we hope) on the sidewalk behind the stage on the way to the food truck and restrooms.

May God be with you and keep you healthy.
