Pass the Pack is Back! Jonathan Naulls is again asking for donations of toiletries, backpacks, and/or cash/checks to support our Southern Orange County unhoused community. We had one successful distribution back in December and we would like to distribute again in April. The date for our next distribution is Sunday April 21. We invite volunteers to help assemble the items after service downstairs in the Learning Commons patio.
Our unhoused brothers and sisters are in need of essential items like socks, small bottled waters, protein bars, hand sanitizer, mints, toothbrush, toothpaste, wipes, combs, and brushes. The filled backpacks will be given out at Doheny State Park Beach that same afternoon.
Please make your cash/check donations payable to St. John’s Episcopal Church.
