Experiencing God’s Salvation

We come now to the “Great Week” – the celebration of the Passion and Resurrection of Jesus, the Messiah. The observances of this week, from Palm Sunday to Easter, are little changed among the Western Churches from the earliest period of Christianity. Perhaps the only thing we can say is that our ancestors were more scrupulous about participating in all the observances (feeling guilty? – good!). Holy Week is not something to be explained; it is something to be experienced. I hope you will immerse yourself in “the greatest story ever told” and know for yourself the mercy, grace and love of our God. Jerry+
